When you use the enquiry forms on this site we collect the details you type in, typically your name, email address, phone number and your message. We use them to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and arrange work. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.
If you telephone or email us we keep the correspondence needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, including records we must keep for guarantees and accounts.
Our lawful basis
We process enquiry details because you ask us to respond (legitimate interest and steps prior to a contract). Where we carry out work, we process what is needed to perform the contract and to meet legal obligations such as accounting rules.
Third party services this site uses
- Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from spam. It runs on form pages and sends technical data about your visit to Google.
- Google analytics tools help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. The data we see is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

How long we keep information
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records for completed work are kept for as long as guarantees and accounting law require.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it.
